if u have the game installation files on a dvd or something, reinstall the game, then don't use too many script mods -

have you modded your game models too much? if you have then that's the problem i also had this problem with or without cleo if you mod your game models too much the game will crash during missions. -

i think it would be awsome if they made gta san andreas stories cause they made vc stories and lc stories but san andreas should be bigger maybe an additional city or something and this time the player should be white
