OKOK.. I know why the MODs arent working, my GTA:SA is the newest version, which doesnt allow MODs that changes gta3.img and others.. DAMN! i need a downgrade

Help please !.. i really want to put those fancy things in my game.. i want to replace those ugly cars for the good ones too. i tried to use the San Andreas MOD Intaller (SAMI) but it happens the same shit .. i noticed that if the MOD doesnt require a gta3.img modification, it works. So my problem is in that file. I use the IMGtool(the one in the .rar file) to replace the katana.txd and katana.dff, after that i click on the Rebuild Archive. Take some time to get it done and when i start the game, it crashes while loading a new game or a saved. I need an urgent HELP please D;.

im doing whats the reademe file is asking to do. Open the gta3.img with the Tool , and replace the 2 files, .txd and .dff.. in this case.. im replacing the katana.txd and the katana.dff. then i close it and start the game and it doesnt work.. is there anything else to do? ------------------ And about the main.scm.. this MOD doesnt include any main.scm file in it and doesnt ask u to change it.. so i didnt even know there was that file in my data/script before trying to install the MOD , so i dont believe thats the problem . Does this mod work with the old version of the game or do i need to update it to v1.01 or the newest one? Thanks.

Hey dude.. i really liked the MOD but after i edit the gta3.img and start the game, it doesnt load my saved games.. it jsut stop making me have to restart the computer.. so .. does anyone knows whats wrong? does it works with saved files or it will work only on new games?? Help please. Thanks.
