Okay, just realized my mind skipped the 'save editor' part of your post. Any suggestions as to which one I should use?

...I have no modding skills, the most I've done was add a few mods using IMG Tool.

Was wondering if it's possible and if so, can someone make me (and anyone else interested) a mod where the Ballas and Los Vagos are still around after beating the gang, as there is like....nothing to do after 100% Completion besides grabbing some Families members and going around messing with the cops. If such a mod already exists, please point me to it. Thank you very much for any help offered.

The issue I am having is that when using IMG Tool, the files with the mod (the one I linked) doesn't show up....am I doing something wrong? Also, I'm pretty sure my game is already the original release, that's the one that was given an AO rating in America right?

So, I found this mod, http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/f5932-gangsneed-img-tool , was wandering how to install? Also, any other good mods out there that change Grove Street Families from Green to Blue? I love San Adreas but blue always seemed to be a better color to me than green when it came to cars and clothes in the game.
