I can't seem to get SAMI to recognize my Steam SA game. Does that mean I have to do it all manually? or is there a fix?

I am looking for the most well done mods for GTA: III, San Andreas, and Vice City that are out there. I am lookng to feature them in my new youtube channel. I am super new to GTA modding, but have done a lot of Xbox, and PS3 modding with games like COD, Red Dead, And GTA IV online. Thanks for the help -Fapster
