I woudlnt post this before i tryed every thing. its inside the dvd im not stupid.

My cd isn't scratched and the wierd thing is that i bringed my comp to my friend house to see if its works at his house than i can see whats the problem and it didnt work at his house either.

I play sa 3 months and today its just wont go up its shows that lil' cd rolling than nothing its like my computer cant read it and its dosen't say any errors it dosen't do any thing. i have no mods i try'd deleting it and than installing back nothing helps and i dont know shit about computers so help please..

Can someone explain me where do i change the speed of the car in the handling editor? i opend it but there is so many stuff and i dont understand a thing, stuff like- force lvl, damping lvl,traction loss and etc.. nothing about speed just 1 thing high speed comdamp and i dont think its changes the speed cuz in all cars its show 0.0 even in the fastes cars
