1.From the Internet Explorer menu, click "Tools" and
then click "Internet Options".
2. In the "Internet Options" dialog box, open
the "Connections" tab.
3. Click "LAN Settings".
4. Clear the "Automatically Detect Settings" checkbox.
5. Click "OK" to save the setting and then click "OK"

It has been brought to my attention, that no matter what settings you change with MSN or any other connections. If you have a network setup, the D-link(or some of) DO NOT support networks and so you will have these problems. Only the D-link routers are able to support networked computers without issues.
