Intercityfirmwhu

Hello i recently downloaded this mod and tryed it out on NGG SA-MP server and this is what happens. The only mod I have downloaded is this URAL MOD so it cant be anything else. I followed all the directions in the helpme and did everything. Anyone know how to fix this?
