Now the game doesn't shut down in loading, but when I found the veichle that i modded.. in garage for example.. i cant see it.. it just turns down

After I used SAMI to put a motorbike in the game, i made the loading to start the game and in the middle of it, that error from the computer that sais report to microsoft appeard.. anyone to solve this? thanks
