Does anyone know if any modding groups exist for VC? Some of the ideas you can come up with for changing the mapping, etc... of VC are a bit big for one person. I was considering starting up a group project if there are no pre-existing groups for modding the map or a few parts of the game.

If you downloaded a mod. Then view the ReadMe file. They give you the instructions there. If the mod dosen't have that information, then maybe you downloaded a bad mod from a bad source. The only one I can think of used shift as the trigger.

Go to the propertys for gta3.img and gta3.dir and remove the read-only option.
