Vice City is simalar to Scarface in many ways, but I wouldnt compare Tommy to Tony anyday. Tony kills Manny because he was f***ed on crack, he hardly had control over himself, so when he saw him with Gina... bye bye... But Lance betrayed Tommy, whereas Manny didnt.
