Do weapon coordinates exist and ifso how can i view them

Is It possible to spawn fire on wepaons if so how.

On the molotov were CJ holds it there is a flame burning how do i move the flame further up because i made the molotov into an island lantern of lost and i need it to be bigger and higher

You either go to my computer /local disc (c:) /program files/ rockstar games/ gta san andreas/ data/ script and put it thier or either go to my documents/ gta san andreas user files and put it thier try it out because i dont know what type of file it is........
