I think this may mean GTA IV will be set in the future, as in the far future. I've thought that since first seeing the IV logo (very futuristic) and that message I think is a hint at a future setting. I really wouldn't mind that and there are a lot of possibilities with that idea. Imagine floating the the streets of a fifth element-like city on a hover board. If i see that on the trailer I'll wet myself.
