WTFsandwich Posted June 12, 2007 Share Posted June 12, 2007 I downloaded a few of hte car mods off of here and I replaced the .txd and .dff just fine but when I go to edit handling.cfg and vehicle.ide I don't know if I'm doing it right. I screwed up the install last time I tried. Could it be the version I have? I don't know which one I have. Could someone point me in the right direction of how to make the car mod work? killa killer Posted June 13, 2007 Share Posted June 13, 2007 When did you by the game? (brand new) If soon then you'd probably have V2 if ages ago Then it's probably V1. If you bought it second hand and don't know then just instal the .dff and the .txd and try and play it if it screws up during the loading then you have V2. don't wory if you have V2 ther's a downgrader somewhere in the forum. (it's a patch) then try it again and it should work.
