I can change cars, how do i change bikes etc?

I followed the tutorial about installing a car mod, yeh all is fine. done. But now i want to edit planes, bikes etc? Could someone tell me how thanks.

The same way you install cars. but bike mods must replace bikes, and plane mods must replace planes, etc.

Exactly.

I tried to replace cars w/ bikes & crashed the games. Bikes, boats & planes have an extra section in HANDLING.CFG.

Other things to watch are things like lights (on emergency vehicles) & hydraulics (Haitian Voodoo), you need vehicles

made specifically to replace them.
