Cant delete files with img pls help

I cant delete files with the img Tool 2.0 it just stands the file may be in use...exiting but the games isnt on!

Make sure the READ ONLY bit is unchecked for your GTA3.IMG (right click, properties).

Tried to reply for ages this morning, got flood control messages every time, so figured someone answered the qustion ages ago. Obviously not.

Also, you could check the processes tab of your task manager, and look for anything like IMG tool, which may not have closed properly, or opened properly, etc. Then end the process (only if this is th case though, don't close anything you're not 1000% sure of ) (yes one thousand)
