Urbanoutlaw Posted October 6, 2007 Share Posted October 6, 2007 Cracks = Software Piracy. Read the rules before you get the undivided attention of STAFF. For those NOT using cracks, the message either means your machine doesn't meet the minimum specs (should be a README in your GTA VICE CITY folder) or your machine has a problem. You should have some form of DIRECTX, click START on your desktop. Select RUN & type in DXDIAG. you should have a SAVE LOG or similar, use that to save a report.
