You can add cars in main.scm.

You'll need BW's SA script editor -

There's also a co-ords mod you'll need, but I didn't find it in our database. This mod gives you XYZ co-ordinates you'll need

to place vehicles in SA. Don't forget, new MAIN.SCR = new game.
