Posted October 28, 2007 Share Posted October 28, 2007 (edited) hi, im having a problem with GTA SA on verison 1.0, i installed 2 car mods, and since them i cant play a mission, i backed up my gta3.img but when i load the old 1, my game save will not load, it gets to half then stops, and my computer locks up..... is there anything that could fix this? i like the car mods so i really dont want to get rid of them idk if this makes a difference, but when i bought the game it was the Seccond Edition DVD version, and my friend told me to downgrade to 1.0 so i can play SA MP actually now it looks like, at any cut scene it messes up. i got busted i guess for the first time before, and it locked up Edited October 28, 2007 by J.C. rockstarrem Posted October 28, 2007 Share Posted October 28, 2007 First of all, please don't bump within 3 hours... As for your problem, it sounds like you accidentally backed up your new gta3.img. I've done that a few times. Reinstall the game and reinstall the car mods, this time though backup the gta3.img. Install each car mod one at a time.
