A Car Injectiony Tool

I got bored of scripting in samp so i wondered how to put car spawn points in the normal 1 player game. Is there a tool to do this? If there isn't could anyone make it?

I've seen a few map mods that are SUPPOSED to spawn cars but have yet to see one that works.

I've used BW's mission builder to place vehicles in handy places, try it. The only downside I've seen is that you have to start

a new game w/ each new script.

Yeah i got that. Have no f***in idea how to make missions... i like in-game editors. :-)
