need help with dummies 4 vehicles

i have no idea like how to make the cockpit glass open.were the lights shine from were u sit.also how to make the wheels spin (if possible can some1 tell me how to make it look like there is air getting pushed from the bottom of the car.

Also i need help with how to make textures for it for the interior im making

need help so i can finish it so gta community can download it

EDIT:also if u know tell me how to take off the polygons on the 3d view in zmoddler 1.07
