I could be startin off wrong, but I first go kill Jose in the back, then from there I don't know. First kill the manager that is sitting in the music booth behind the door, this will force the other two managers to the back door and they will try to drive off. Just exit the front easily without problems since it is right next to the guy in the booth you killed, and grab a vehicle right there in the driveway to finish them off. If you start with the managers in the back or middle, you would be attacked from all sides so this way is alot easier.
