Your name is CJ Nash. You're an ex-cop, but family obligations force you into the dangerous streets of Philadelphia. You see a new dead body on every street corner. Every Car you see is probably stolen, and you most trusted friend is a H&K USP 40. Your mother has recently been threatened that drug lords will kill her whole family unless they can make up the $13,000,000 in cocaine she and others in the family have used over the past 15 years. You start at the airport where you cousin Toni picks you up.

The Gangs

The Heartbreakers

Run mainly by small-time crooks, this gang has a formidable amount of members. Recently one by Salvador CorLeone, He was quickly overthrown by his co-horts. Dealing mainly in robbery and smuggling. If you see a heartbreaker on the streets (you can tell by the black heart tattooed on his/her arm), don't pay him/her much attention. He's probably just going to some heist on the other side of the city.

The Backbiters

The Backbiters are the most ferocious gang in Philadelphia. Involved in Prostitution, Robbery, Smuggling, Loan Cholos sharking, Protection rackets, and Chop-Shops, If you see a Backbiter coming towards you, you should run the other way. If you choose to fight him, He/she always carries a Jack knife. Identified by the hairdo, a jet black mow hawk. Run by a man named Victor Andrews, a man wanted by the FBI. Andrews never goes out in public, and the only people that ever see him are his 5 bodyguards.

The Cholos

Yes, are in more than one US City. Cholos are mainly around to just start fights and make general trouble. Identified by the white tank top and beanie, these men/women are likely the bastard offspring of the Backbiters and the Heartbreakers, with some Mexican added in. No leader is known. If you see a Cholo, they are unarmed. Always.

Last but certainly not least

The Night-Shifts

These guys are the mac-daddy's (or should i say SMACK-daddy's) of prostitution. Nearly each AIDs infected whorehouse on the Philadelphia strip is owned by these guys, as well as every drug runner, who has to pay them 1/2 their earnings. Never before seen walking in the day light, when they do walk, they carry Sig Sauer's automatic P228. Very dangerous. Avoid at all time.
