I'm looking for a Urban template with some Police Department and Gangs gfxs. Example: Saints Row http://www.saintsrow.com/index.php Flash or HTML. I also want some GTA SA Maps aswell. It is copyright of him, he owns the rights to it, so you have no right to imply the design was by you, or any memebr of your clan / another designer. Also not that for a full implemented flash / Html and CSS site would cos you far more than 20 bucks. And on top of that, i'd assume you'd want it script driven, which requires some very hard coding and scripting work. I suggest looking on a website such as clantemplates.com, and, because they are free, you are allowed to edit them to suit your tastes before you make it live.
