skk1234
Well, I only tried one mod on my recently bought PC version of San Andreas. It was the Hummer ambulance mod. The game locks up halfway through the loading screen. REINSTALLING DOESN'T HELP DOWNGRADING DIDN'T HELP My vice city game is the same way, 2ghz amd turion64 x2 processor, 2gb RAM, Windows vista, Nvidia 7600 (i believe i know it's Nvidia and thats what my PC specs show). Am i screwed or is there any other hope out there for me.

Urbanoutlaw
There's a script change when you downgrade, that's the part that crashes your game. You should be able to start a new game w/ the new script, it just won't work w/ your old saves.
