framework problems

i have isntalled .net farmeworks v1.1 3 times and still sami wont open

[WRX22B1998]

they are up to 3.5

i know it might not say it requires this, just install this version

if you still have problems, do it in this order.

install .net, restart, install sami, restart, run sami. if that still doesnt work, i dont know what the problem could be. uninstall both and repeat the process.
