Modding Help

Hi guys, I'd like to know how to (if possible):

1) Add another garage in the Airstrip

2) Make a vehicle spawnpoint

3) Make a NPC spawnpoint

EDIT:

4) Make the Dodo fast enough to chase the Shamal in Freefall.

1. I'm not too sure.

2+3. Look up main.scm editing.

4. Go into your handling.cfg and look up Dodo, and change it to this:
