What am I doing wrong?

Okay so I downloaded a 100% saved game from here but when I load it, it starts the game at the beginning. Opening cutscene and everything. What do I need to change?

I think you've changed your scripts.

There is a 100 % saved game by me, and works only with original scripts and GTA SA version 1.0
