Help on Enb series

I have installed it.. It works fine with the backgrounds But there is no shiny surface in my car the metal in car just disappears. I want to remove all back ground effects and just have effects on my car How do i do that? my current settings on enbseries.ini is

Try putting Reflection Quality on 1. Or try putting Low reflections on 1 if that doesn't work since your card may not handle them.
