How do you get mods into the game?

I've tried just about everyway I thought would work, but nout works..

You'll need to use a program like IMG Tool 2.0 to put some mods into the game like Cars and Skins.

With it, open up the gta3 file which contains all the in game textures and models for Peds and Cars. The gta3 file is located in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\models.

I don't have this "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\models" stored on my computer?

Then how is your game even working? It's one of the main folders on your Vice City files.

That's the default location that Vice City is installed to. Unless you put it somewhere else when installing...
