RobClay
Ok, well i downloaded the Sami San andreas Mod Installer and it wont update. Im guessing its because the website that the update file is supposed to be on isnt up anymore. I was wondering if someone has the updated sami.txt file that i could use to manual update it or something. Thanks in advance (i tried searching but didnt find a topic about this.) MrLlamaLlama
I don't think update has been supported for ages, in my experience, probably in about 2 years. Is there any particular issue you're having that you thought updating would solve? If you post it here, it will probably be answered pretty soon. MrLlamaLlama
Yes. Im trying to install mods besides just cars.Like the enb series mod. Says i need update to install it. The enb series mod consists of a single .dir or .bin file in the game's root folder IIRC, I don't think you'd need SAMI at all for that. It's a .dll, either way, quote from readme: INSTALLING:Extract files from archive in to the game directory or where game execution file exist (.exe). For some games it is in the directories named system, bin, bin32. Warning, some games needs root game directory for mod even if .exe file is not there. STARTING: After game start the mod deactivated by default, to activate it use key combination (for GTASA shift+f12 by default). So yeah, download and of the enb series mods for SA off the official site, and move everything that came in the folder into wherever your San Andreas exe is (NOT the shortcut) Then when you go ingame, note some text in the upper left corner. Hit shift+F12 to activate it, it'll be obvious in the menus as well as ingame.
