how i can fly with a car or alone?

i need help... how can i fly in the game?

not sure you can in GTA3, the only way i can think of, is get the tank, and put in vehicles fly cheat

then turn the gun around to face behind you and keep shooting, eventually you pick up speed and start flying, you cant really control it well though.

in san andreas however, i know at least for PS2 there was a cheat that makes the cars fly like planes, im sure they put it on PC too.

for flying cars
