Decal changing

I would like to know how to change the sings on the securicar because when i try it they just change color. What should i do?

What i was asking to change about was just the alpha texture

Everyone who want to replace alpha textures Should do this:get txdworkshop open gta3.img

find a txd that has an alpha (if it has an alpha it should be writen red underneath the name of the texture). Then press alpha view and export the aplha texture.Then retexture it ( you can only retexture the aplha with black and white). And then replace the old aplha with your new aplha in gta3.img. And now wre done
