When i try to play Vice City on my PC, the screen keeps spinning around i.e. the camera view, except if I can get the charcater into a car. This didn't happen on my old PC, which I recently sold. I am wondering could my PC specifications be the problem? Or are there any downloadable bugfixes for this? I download the Vice City patch 1.1, and installed it, but the problem continues. Then I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the game and running the patch again. But the problem is still there. Also, the intro movie doesn't come up.
