New Delhi rape and the Horrible aftermath

Also in the news the past month is the girl, nearly tortured and gang raped did die I believe, reported in this article;

Though, in a search about these videos popping up online, I came across more then one graphic account, I wonder what the aftermath will lead to, certainly more outrage then has been the norm in the past. In this current Electronic Age, people have been using the online connected medium to both share their dumbest and sometimes CRIMINAL exploits, or to speak out on the injustice and wrongs they see, spreading that information far faster and further then ever before, perhaps this can provoke a means for change ?
