Since modding GTA:SA on the PC, I have not been able to find out how to switch wheels on vehicles. The default wheel for each vehicle should have a number associated with it, and that number should be able to be hanged to any of the other wheel numbers.

Also, has anyone found a way to change what engine sounds go with what car? I would like to have a few of the cars sound a little more tough.

To change in-game sounds, you can use the Alci's SAAT GUI FrontEnd 1.0 program.
