BlackListedB
If you can think of some other bands that didn't get a proper induction this many years into the RnR Hall of Fame inception, speak your mind in this thread. I feel just as I watched That Metal Show constantly making a case about the lack of actual rock bands who need to be awarded.... Making a case and being constantly vocal about it may make someone in charge sit up and take notice, as they should! http://rateyourmusic.com/list/JonFox/put_the_rock_in_the_r_n_r_hall_of_fame/ http://www.goldminemag.com/blogs/10-more-bands-snubbed-by-the-rock-roll-hall-of-fame http://www.rocksnubs.com/bands/ Edited January 10, 2015 by BlackListedB

It's not uncommon for the stars to act cool by cussing to the audience during acceptance speeches. These kind of spectacles have become tawdry events that are marketed mostly to people who believe that the egotistical and immoral nature of these "superstars" are "commonplace, normal and mainstream." BlackListedB
I see more rude people on the bus every day then I do on concert stages, Fame always can effect just about anyone, but I don't really see that enter the award catagory. The punk scene always had tongue in cheek jovial responses between performer and audience, it just appears shocking from an outsider's perspective. I personally want to see anyone maintaining a 30 to 50 year career in music and film be awarded something in their lifetime. And honored in their passing as well. It's seemingly sadly lacking these days. Just to add, I missed this reply last year, so this is a late heartfelt rebuttel of sorts. I feel strongly about everyone who puts their all into their art being honored for sticking with it, and improving the fans' lives
