john Posted December 24, 2005 Share Posted December 24, 2005 I had gta 3 a week ago and i remmeber downloading the tool gta mod installer or somethign and it had an option for VICE CITY as well. and i used that to install cars in gta3, so i was wondering where i could find that...again,,,,i remember downloading it from here!
