It will be fully php, with downloads, POTD, Poll's etc. The forum is already up. It has over 1,300 posts and nearing 1,400. I have just also purchased a domain for gtadistrict. We are a fast growing community in need of members. All you gotta do is register, and post! We will also have monthly contests to win prizes ( GTA Sanandreas for PC ). Our first prize will go out on opening day of the site. I will be giving out GTA Sanandreas PC Version 1!( moddable) and The Sound Track.
