hello

i've been playing and modding the vice city since one year ago

now i have a problem

to install some car mods the vice city needs patch1.1 . For Unhandled Exception

so i download the patch but i cannot install the patch because i says it has no version.

i have installed the vice city of Grand theft Auto compendium pack.

Now is there any solution to install the patch without buying the game because i cannot find the city in my city.

Is that copy of VC legal? Because you can't apply patch 1.1 if you've modified the game's files. You should reinstall and then apply the patch.

Slayer's Part Correct. If you modified ONLY gta-vc.exe, then you can't install the patch. BTW, if you have New Vice City 2004 mod installed, DO NOT buy Starfish Sam villa OR the police station. It will cause your game to crash a lot. It happened to me. Also, If you have Tommy's Private Island installed, You might (at some time) see absolutely no peds or driving vehicles. DO NOT save the game, or the problem stay forever. I am not sure on how to fix it.
