JMan725 Posted October 29, 2006 Share Posted October 29, 2006 I have version 2 of GTA San Andreas, and I wish to downgrade to version 1, so I can play online, and download mods. I have tried downloading the patch to convert v2 to v1, but I'm not sure if it worked. How would I know if the downgrader worked? I read somewhere that the game should be able to run without inserting the disk to play after its downgraded, but after I install the patch it still requires that I put in the disk. So I do, and then my next problem is that when the multiplayer screen comes up, there are no servers. All I want is to play online, please help.
