Posted November 21, 2006 Share Posted November 21, 2006 Well, when you finished the Portland Avenging Angel missions the first time, you should see the Avenger when you get to your Portland Safehouse. tommy vercetti guy Posted November 21, 2006 Share Posted November 21, 2006 You probably drove past your portland safehouse, the bike spawned but you didnt see it. Sadly, the bike spawns only once.
