I had to download the downgrader patch and use it in order to mod. it still wont let you use Hot Coffee, if thats one you want to see. personally, Jack Thompson needs to get laid, and Hillary needs to find another line of work. and Rockstar needs to calculate political PMS before they release good games. I know that comment was out of order, but I think there is a crap pile in someones eyes that makes them have a crappy outlook in the world. that ruins stuff for us.
