Urbanoutlaw Posted June 4, 2007 Share Posted June 4, 2007 The trick to that hovercraft is not to give it gas while turning. Once you get it pointed where you want to go, NAIL IT!!!. There's one parked in Little Haiti between an Empire property & the dump under a red bridge w/ armor & another by the houses in the water south of the Marina (next to the rampage where you use the RPG to sink boats in original Vice City).
