As in GTA 3 the bomb planter was used to plant the bomb into the car and after the car is started again the bomb would be implemented.. A little concept has changed here in Vice City this bomb_planter plants the bomb into the car and then we can manually implement it after coming out of the car..!!! ITS GREATS>>CHECK IT OUT!!!!
