Rockstar didnt think anyone would be looking outside from the inside of the buidling, so they didn't code it into the game. Joonas Posted February 11, 2006 Share Posted February 11, 2006 if anyone of you use transfender overhaul (a mod that lets you mod almost all your vehicles) then if you go to any transfender with any bike and you mod it and when u wanna come out then you are autmatically above the transfender garage.
