Ok, I think I know what the problem is, you need to go in Main Menu,then options,then Audio Options,then User track options and than press Scan User Tracks, when scaning be over, just go in game and turn on your radio and User Track Radio, then I think you need to have that music in. I had that same problem, but then I just finish lowrider and dancing mission's and than install "CJ getting high mod", but still have problem when I date with girlfriends and they whant to go in Disco, so don't DATE!!!. See ya later

I think the GTAIV will be great game. But does that game will be with a street gangs or some class of Russian mafia? When the GTAIV is going to run out to the stores? I was downloaded SAMP and run it. I do everything good and when i m going to server, I get in game but then show me sign "Vinewood" and its says "Conecting and then stays there for ever. Can someone help me. Thx guys.
