  1. The minigun. Because I enjoy getting a bunch of stars and doing a 'hot-drop' into a crowded area out of a chopper and getting a minigun out. Fun/carnage tends to follow.
  2. The mission where you have to follow a reporter in a train from San Fierro to Los Santos on a Sanchez bike and then track him THROUGH Los Santos annoyed the hell outta me. Apparently reporters can see through walls.
  3. Those auto-translators tend to be a little bit unpredictable lol, but at least that piece of text is understandable.
  4. Yeah, she is if I remember rightly. I can't remember in what capacity though. It's useful enough to date her too - using the Gimp suit trick gets her meter up fairly quickly ,and you can get access to a free Club car, which are actually pretty good and can be upgraded at Wheel Arch Angels in San Fierro.
  5. You lose control by the fourth or fifth corona? Sounds like you're trying too hard to change direction. It's something I think we've all done at the Flight School. Don't overcompensate, just try to take it easy - ease the plane round in a circle. If you need to make a quick course correction, use the rudder, as it's easier to correct yourself like this than by banking. Banking too hard or suddenly can make things very awkward. And if you're still having real trouble, you might want to take the time to try this - Slip into Los Santos (yes, I know everyone is going to attack you, just ignore them and barrel on past) It's possible to park a car beside one of the walls bordering the airfield there, and hop over the wall by jumping on the car first. Then go grab yourself a plane and just fly around until you get used to how it handles.
  6. I never really had much trouble getting the cash together. Early on, I hunted drug dealers, since they tend to carry a fair amount of moolah, and later on I just tore through a couple of missions if I needed some cash. And once I reach Las Venturas..well, you know how that goes. XD
  7. Holy Crap, emote overload lol All I can say is use the mouse (if possible, dunno if PC versions have mouse support) or get an analogue controller of some kind. I honestly can't imagine beating Flight School with digital controls. Not with any degree of ease, anyway. Are there any missions in particular that are annoying you?
  8. Bearing in mind I'm talking about the XBox version here = I can confirm that the magnet actually DOES stay active after the mission, if you store the Sky Crane in the hangar at the airfield. Like I said though, the bank van that has to be lifted for that mission must have been specially modded to be lighter, because as I stated before, I tried messing around with it DURING the mission, and couldn't get anything bigger than a motorbike off the ground. I suppose it might be handy for getting FRC 900's to all your garages, but that would be about the extent of it's usefulness.
  9. Yeah, I considered trying dying with the thing stored in the hangar, until I tried messing around with it DURING the mission earlier today. You know the armoured van that you have to pick up? Apparently it's lighter than the ones that you would normally see driving around. Because the sky crane struggles to lift anything heavier than a motorcycle. Seriously, you can't gain any height with it if you grab a regular car - it's impossible. They must have made that particular van a LOT lighter. Considering how much potential for fun that the game openly grants you, I'm surprised, and a bit disappointed, too. But I appreciate the replies. ^^ Just FYI, I'm currently playing the XBox version, but given the myriad of mods available for the PC, I'm very tempted to change over. San Andreas Multiplayer sounds too damn good to be true. I had no idea it existed!
  10. Is it possible to swipe the Sky Crane (Leviathan with a giant magnet underneath)? The mission doesn't allow it normally and replaces it with a Leviathan that doesn't feature the magnet after the mission has been completed. I'm hoping there's a way to keep it - it would be a missed opportunity for some fun otherwise, methinks. EDIT = I'm new here, by the way. Hello ^^
