ok i figured it out, u can install cars to be compatible with SA:MP by only installing the txd and dff files lol

yeah, but i have run some mods, like a drift mod that changes visual fx, ut they have crashed the game after a while. but some people have complete car mods in that change all the cars, and dont change the speeds/handling etc, and their games do not crash. i just want to know where those mods are.

i installed some car mods, using San andreas mod installer, but thats it. i have installed MTA SA deathmatch developer preview, to try it, but the problem was before that.

i havent added the hot coffee mod, just downloaded the downgrade patch in EXE form and ran it
i jsut need a version 1 main.scm file i guess in order to run it huh?

ok. i have SA version 2. i downloaded and installed succesfully the downgrade patch to v1. so i downloaded a save files specifically for v1, and it gets almost loaded, but the it says "gta-sa.exe has encoutered a problem and needs to close." why dont my save files that i downloaded work?

try thegtaplace.com, or if you want an older one gta-classics.de, or grandtheftauto.fr, and some other sites, just google "ford mustang GT gta vc" this is how i used to find ALL of my car mods

let me know if anyone has trouble finding vc car mods, or gta3 or SA for that matter, also. does anyone know hot to create "general"mods for vcmm? i have created lots of vmc car mods, but i wanna know how to convert maps and such. and btw garyrai, where did u get snow for vice city? what was the point of the post?

yeah, its always cool to do it that way, but vcmm is so much easier, and if anybody knows how to make "general" mods for vcmm please PLEASE let me know!!

search grandtheftauto.fr. it is in french, but you can make out some of the words, go to telechargments(downloads) and click cars, vice city, and search for the one you want!!

what are the names if the files in gta3.img that change the normal people, like the women in bikinis on the beach or the dudes on roller skates?
i just want to know the names of the files so i can change the models, without going throught the whole trial and error trouble.

i downloaded zmodeler(its an oldre version) and i was wondering if there were tutorials on how to create a car using zmodelr? or if anyone could help me out a little bit?
and also, what is the site for downloading free 3-d models of cars? there are in like wireframe, or something like that.

ok hi all, i know i havent been on in a while, but life prevails over fun sometimes xD.
ok like i said, i need help witha couple of mod placements. first, i dont know where "fbmp_lr_rem2.dff" goes, and the line "1185, fbmp_lr_rem2, peren, 100, 2101248" goes.
