  1. Crap. I've never seen someone with that much Conficker viruses. Viruses takes up many forms, from exes to gifs, and from dlls to mp3s. Seeing that most of the Conficker viruses you have are GIFs, you still have the ones installed in your Windows folder left to get rid of, as well as the ones that hacked through your registries so it can send duplicates of itself through your flash drives, and send group messages to your friends via your instant messenger with a link on them leading to a site that will install the virus to their computers, adding more victims to the list. If it is a Microsoft April Fools joke, the company will be wise enough to pull off a prank like that. Most likely be an April Fools joke of the makers themselves. Microsoft already announced about a $250,000 reward for those who give info about the perpetrators.
  2. I don't know if turning it off would help, but since it has to be contacted first before it starts (like MrLlamaLlama said), I guess it would. But I'm not sure if the guys who made the virus would still continue to contact the virus AFTER April 1. Conficker is also known as "Kido", "Downup" and "Downandup". I had all 4 names pop-ed up in my anti-viruses back when I was still using my 2nd PC. Again, I'm asking you guys which "April 1" is it? The virus creator's time zone could be ahead of ours or behind ours. Whatever it is, it would be wise to know 'cause we might experience the virus attacking at a non-April 1 date.
  3. No offense, but I lol'ed when I found out you guys at first say it's fake. My old computer was affected by this virus once last year. Found the virus via AVG (newly-bought), and the damn thing is hard to remove. At first I thought it was my p***ed off friend trying to hack my 2nd computer (believe me or not, he hacked my first computer with a similar virus, which disabled my control over the computer, stole some of my personal data (which allow him to hack and screw up my online accounts in sites like Friendster and Multiply) and allowed him access over my PC including the mouse, which was the first time I ever saw a virus be capable of doing that). Good thing I ain't using that computer anymore (currently dumped in a corner, unplugged and useless), and now I can't believe that you guys speculate it's a fake. I'm not sure which "April 1" is it, since we all here have different time zones. Also I'm currently using Windows 7 Beta, not sure if Microsoft's patch would work on this so I'm planning to temporarily disable my net connection during April 1 (whichever it is).
  4. It's ok now guys. I've finally made it work (Camhack 2.9 in Vista). The problem was that I forgot one thing to do to make it work: register "dx8vb.dll". Thanks for the help by the way guys.
  5. It's the same thing. Are there previous versions that has the Free Look and probably the manual transmission features? They're the only feature I need from Camhack. (but Free Look is what I need the most here)
  6. Sorry for replying this late. And I'm not that stupid to never know print screen lol. (Just joking around, pal. No offense) Anyway, here's the screenshots. To be able to explain the problem well, I made two screenshots for comparison. In the first screenshot, when I drag the cursor to the window, the cursor goes to loading mode or whatever you call it (the hourglass cursor in XP, or the ring in Vista). It indicates that the program is loading, but then even though I waited for a long time for it to finish loading, if it is loading, it stays that way. While it's "loading", I couldn't move the window nor click any button or feature shown in the window. In the second screenshot, when I try to drag a window through Camhack, I get this strange display (some trails of the window dragged through). It's similar to non-responsive programs, where I try to drag a window through them and then they leave this display, so I can say that it's really non-responsive or stucked-up. I think it's because of the OS I'm using: Vista. Is there a way to fix this? Or should I go for the older version, which is working fine.... but then I might not be able to use the Free Look feature. And, oh yeah, don't mind the blur thing. Privacy reasons. You can also see there are also blurs in some parts that aren't supposed to be blurred. It is because I've already posted pictures showing the blurred details earlier un-blurred and clear to read, so I really had to blur them quickly before anyone sees it. I don't like the same mistake to happen again! And, by the way, it's not Windows Vista Basic. Camhack triggered the Windows Vista Basic theme 'cause it was set in compatibility mode. It's one of my desperate attempts to make it work. (wow, edited 6 times! lol)
  7. I've downloaded Camhack 2.9 for Vice City and when I've opened it the Camera Hack window appears then it suddenly stucks up. Dunno what's the cause.
