To be honest I hate Tommy for the reasons most people like him for. OK, not hate, but I'm not too keen on his style. His attitude gets on my nerves, he's just a Scarface rip off and he is nothing special in general at least IMO.
Favorite NPC's:
III: 8-Ball and Asuka
VC: Lance Vance and Phil Cassidy (the rest all suck).
SA: Too many to name (Most favorite Ryder, Sweet and the whole gangsta crew from the game.)
LCS: Salvatore
VCS: The Mendez brothers (I liked 'em all except Reni a bit and Marty.)
Oh yeah and for IV: Dwayne, Playboy and Packie

if you are getting one ask yourself, is GTA III better than vice city or is vice city cooler? if you prefer GTA III, buy LCS but if it is vice city then buy VCS
i prefer VCS though because the gameplay is more fun
Not really. I prefer GTA3 to Vice City but Vice City Stories to Liberty City Stories.

You can steal the helicopter from "Calm Before the Storm" but you can't save it as failing the mission will get you wasted. You can get the False Idols chopper though, without cheating too. I have tried several times to get the police maverick but whenever I shot at the windshield killing the pilot the heli starts to swing around and then explodes when I'm near it (on a roof of course.)
On PSP you can get it through cheat device.

Wow that is really cool, you stopped them from taking your money in the final mission of the game. I liked doing the mission, but it wasnt my favorite mission. I was sad when Lance had to die, although he did sell them out, no real regrets about having to waste sonny though:P
I agree. I felt pretty bad that I had to kill Lance but with Sonny I was rather happy to get rid of his annoying dumbass.

Best: San Andreas but I voted for Vice City Stories because it didn't have any.
Worst: Vice City
Probably wouldn't say 'worst' because that's an insult to such a great game but 'least good' is a more appropriate term. IV actually takes the last spot when it comes to 3D GTA's but in general GTA2 takes the last place since I only played it for 10 minutes.

Vic is awesome, one of the main reasons I love VCS so much is because of him. Him and CJ take the cake for me, I like their emotion and how they care about others. I hate Tommy because of his annoying attitude.

Kinda moderate, some mission with cops are annoying but other than that the rest gotta be pretty easy.
Nowadays I usually pass missions in 2 or 3 goes at most. I'm class and don't use cheats anymore!
